*For Basic Tier, Magento APIs are disabled by default to increase performance. You can re-enable them but we do not provide any kind of technical support. If you want to use Magento APIs(typically for other system integration) with our technical support, please upgrade to Pro or Premium Tier.

General workflow(or say process) for building your store.
Make sure you read and agree to our "ToS" then send an inquiry or chat with us on Slack.
We will guide you to complete a Consultation Form together.
Choose extensions and decide payment methods.
If any customizations are required we will make a "Customization Detail Form".
Then you will receive an estimation(Invoice).
Choose a FREE theme(You don't need to pay it). Follow the guide here. We strongly recommend you to check its demo. Contact us if you are still unsure about something.
If everything is fine, then pay the Invoice. The project starts when we confirm receiving your payment and we will grant you access to our project management system.
We start building and configuring your store. Normally, it takes around 10 business days.
During this period:
You need to provide designing materials(eg: logo, icons, banner images) in appropriate size.
Register payment methods(See your Consultation Form. Please ask us if you need guidance).
We follow Customization Detail Form to complete the development.
The time taken varies depending on the volume of customization.
Now, you can upload products and publish your store.

About the "FREE 10-hour Technical Support"
The "FREE 10-hour Technical Support" is designed for solving technical issues while running the store, or performing risky actions on behalf of the Client. It will be RESET EVERY MONTH but will be consumed in the first place. It is not cumulable, for example, if you only used 8 hours this month, the left 2 hours cannot be added to the next month. However, the paid one does not have a "reset" and does not expire. If you want a development or have a deadline of something, please consider the paid one.
Question: How many hours do I need exactly? Is this a hidden cost?
40% of clients never exceed 10 hours. 80% of clients never exceed 20 hours. Around 80% of exceeding 10 hours only occurred during the first 6 months. The most common reason was that after putting the store online, the client wanted to change something to better adapt to their customer needs.
So the answer is "case by case". It totally depends on your business requirements.
But, our goal is trying to keep the cost fixed, predictable and estimable.
Service Deployment Fee
This fee is only charged ONE TIME per Magento installation.
For example, if you choose Monthly Basic Plan, the cost of first month is $500 + $300 = $800. And from then it will cost $500/month only.
About Billing
For Monthly types, we send out invoice 10 days before the next service period. For Annual types, we send out invoice 2 months before the next service period.
You can shift the service starting day to the first day of month or year.

Dedicated Server(opposite to Shared Server)
Dedicated servers are only for Pro and Premium Plans. Premium Plans always use dedicated servers.
