Yes. Staging environment is very useful for testing and experimental purpose. Things you need to know:

  • Service Deployment Fee will be charged once again

  • Fees for extra storage may be charged

  • The performance of staging environment is lower than production environment

Can I use dedicated server instead of shared server?

A:

Yes and no. For Basic Plans you cannot. For Pro Plans you can choose. For Premium Plans you always use dedicated servers.

For Pro Plans, if you choose dedicated server, there MAY be an extra charge depending on your usage. Dedicated servers for Premium Plans are always free.

Do you have webmail system?

A:

Yes, we offer your-domain webmail service and it is included in every Plan.

Can I use email client such as Thunderbird?

We have a file uploading server just for these requirements. Please create a ticket and we will grant your access to the server.

I need to decompress a 5GB archive, but I only have 10GB free space left, so my total storage is not enough. What should I do?

A:

We already considered this kind of situation. It usually happens in bulk image uploading, making backups, exporting data, etc.

Let's give an example, the "50GB SSD Storage" in Basic Plan means you can constantly occupy 50GB of storage. It does not mean your hard disk size is just 50GB. You can have an extremely large temporary storage. We designed this for your convenience to complete large file operations. Just keep in mind, delete the original files when you finished.

So, the answer is you can decompress the archive normally and then delete the archive when you complete your job.

I cannot login to the Admin Panel, it says my account is locked.
